As already mentioned neither Taig nor PP jailbreak is capable for jailbreak iOS 9 because Apple has patched all kernel vulnerabilities used by both tools. You can download iOS 9 over the air or using iTunes but we think that you know how to preserve the current jailbreak if you have already done it. Also we have reported there are lots of iOS 9 software upgrade failures due to Apple servers failed to handle too many simultaneous iOS 9 download requests. We recommend you to wait without upgrading until someone brings up a tool for Jailbreak iOS 9.1.
